Applications for change of INC grades shall now be processed online.

Students who are interested to change their INC grades have to fill up and submit the Change of INC Grade Application Form.

One (1) Form is required for one (1) subject with an INC grade. If, for example, you have two subjects with an INC grade, you need to apply and submit two of these Forms.

Applications shall be reviewed by the Registrar and Finance Office and are subject to final approval by the Dean of the College.

Approved applications shall be processed and an online completion examination, if needed, will be scheduled by the Test Bank Office.

Applicants shall be informed of the status of their applications via email to their PCCR accounts. If an online examination is needed, the schedule of said online examination and other details will be included in the email.

INC Grade Removal Fees:

For all subjects except PE 4 and/or Ballistics

ph 50.00 Processing Fee per subject plus

ph 100.00 per subject, applicable if the change of the INC grade will require an examination

* If an examination is not required, only the ph 50.00 processing fee per subject needs to be paid

For PE 4 and/or Ballistics

ph 300.00 (includes Processing fee, Online examination and use of the Firing range*)

* Actual firing shall be scheduled after the quarantine/lockdown has been lifted

The above fees need to be paid before an online completion examination, if applicable, can be scheduled and/or the final grade can be recomputed and released.

If you are applying for more than one (1) subject, please add up the total fees and pay the total amount in one payment transaction.

After payment of the above fees, upload a copy/image/screenshot of the payment document/transaction at online.pccr.edu.ph.

Only applications for removal of INC grades incurred during the following semester/term shall be considered:

  • 2nd Semester SY 2018-2019

  • Summer 2019

  • 1st Semester SY 2019-2020

  • 2nd Semester SY 2019-2020.

INC grades received before the 2nd semester of school year 2018-2019 are considered lapsed and have been converted to a final grade of 5.00 or FAILED.

Students with unpaid tuition and other fees from previous semesters have to settle these charges before an online completion examination, if applicable, can be scheduled and/or the final grade can be recomputed and released.
